Camp Echoing Hill’s Partners of Hope is a group of committed individuals, families, and organizations who give regularly of their time, talent and treasure. For over several decades, the Lord has provided the needed volunteers and financial partners to help us in creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities to know and experience Jesus Christ. We believe that a partnership with our families, friends, volunteers and donors should be respected and valued, and are essential in accomplishing our ministry goals. Our ministry needs people to lock arms with us in all of the following ways:

• Pray for us daily.

• Give financially to help with on-going ministry cost.

• Give material goods for use in our ministry.

• Inform us if you would be willing to volunteer.

• Introduce us to corporate giving programs within your areas.

• Remember our Wish List when you are looking for a unique gift to honor someone in a special way.

• Inform your church about our short-term mission opportunities.

Echoing Hills Village is a non-profit 501c3 organization that depends upon the generosity of individuals, foundations, service groups, and corporations who believe, along with us, that people with special needs deserve to experience new opportunities. We are always striving to provide new and innovative ways for those that we serve to realize their many abilities. Your corporation, as a collective whole, can help us in many ways. Please consider the following:

1. Echoing Hills Village Monthly Giving Program:
There are three major advantages to monthly giving. First, it slips easily into your budget. As a monthly donor, you can give as little as $100.00 a month and by the end of the year you will have painlessly contributed $1,200 to Echoing Hills Village. The second advantage is that your monthly pledge gives Echoing Hills Village a dependable source of income to fund particular programs. The third advantage is that is reduces paperwork and overhead expenses.

The minimum pledge is $100.00 a month, however if you can give more, please contribute as generously as you can. Contributions to the monthly giving program may be made by check or credit card. If for any reason you wish to increase, decrease or suspend your gifts just call the Development Office.

2. Adopt-a-Camper:
You can change the life of a person with special needs by “adopting” them for one week. Your gift of $850.00 will completely cover the cost of one week of camp, or you can give a gift in any amount to help with the overall cost of summer camp tuition. This is a great opportunity for a department or office to make a difference together. Please specify that your gift is for the Adopt-a-Camper program.

3. Event Sponsorship:
We have several events throughout the year that require corporate sponsorship. Items such as food, t-shirts or media publications can be sponsored as well as actual man hours to help facilitate the event. This is a great opportunity for team building! Sponsorship packages are available at different levels and your company will be provided with free advertising based on the level that you choose. Call the Development office to find out how you can be a part of our next event!

4. Gifts In-Kind:
In-kind contributions are gifts of goods and services such as equipment, labor and tangible items of value. These gifts allow Echoing Hills Village to use donor gifts for programs and services. Donations are tax deductible as permitted by law.

5. Gift Alternative:
If you would like to recognize a special occasion in someone’s life such as a birthday, wedding, anniversary, retirement, etc. please consider making a donation in their name to Echoing Hills Village. We will send a letter to the individual or Company you are recognizing acknowledging the gift and we will let them know how the money will be used. You will also receive a letter acknowledging receipt of your contribution. Gift alternatives can be ordered by contacting the Development office.
