The Waiver Program is committed to providing life-enhancing experiences to individuals with disabilities in the local community. The services provided are to enable the individuals to achieve their optimal level of success in physical health, social development, personal living skills, independence, self-determination and spiritual growth. The goal of the Waiver Home staff is to empower the clients to dream and achieve their personal goals.

• 24-hour supervision
• wheelchair accessible van and licensed trained drivers
• coordination and transportation for medical appointments, personal shopping, church and community activities
• 24-hour on-call RN nursing services
• highly qualified staff trained in delegated nursing and CPR/First Aid
• assistance with all adult daily living skills
• well-balanced meals prepared by clients with the assistance of the staff
• laundry completed weekly or as needed for the client with staff assistance
• safe, clean home-like environment
• core staff can be reached anytime
• loving and nurturing environment for the client to succeed
• periodical contact with families to ensure quality services for their loved one
• coordination of services with the Day Habilitation Program/Workshop selected by the client and their family
• participation in activities chosen by the client
• assisting the client with money management and budgeting
